School Based Workshops

Corporate Workshops
Art Beat Consulting facilitates corporate workshops, which can be formulated to meet specific needs. Past topics have included mastering stress to avoid burnout, creativity as a tool for focus and attention, and encouraging creativity in the workplace.

School Based Workshops
Presently, children who are preparing for the SEA, CSEC and CAPE examinations are faced with high levels of pressure and expectation from their parents, teachers and peers. While good results are always desired, not all children are equipped with a healthy skill set to cope with these pressures. Children who are unable to cope may respond in a variety of ways, including poor performance in academics, inability to form social connections, increased evidence of anxiety, and/or behavioural issues at home and in school.
Art Beat Consulting facilitates art-based workshops to help children cope with these stressors and Achieve Breakthrough Creatively.
ABC Workshops aim to

Provide a safe and stable environment in which children can receive peer encouragement without judgment

Increase levels of confidence, self esteem and independence through invention and completion of art projects

Provide an outlet for expression of feelings related to the exam, as well as other aspects of life

Address issues of anger or grief associated with completing childhood and moving towards adolescence.
